Roast Beef Party Snacks
Yield: Makes 12-15 snacks.
Ingredients
| 12-15 | melba rounds | ||

| 1 | can | (4 3/4 ounces) Underwood Roast Beef spread | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | grated Cheddar Cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | minced onion | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Spread melba round with roast beef spread. Top with grated cheese and minced onion. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
